**Phew**Hahah! Orchestra practice has been moved up to a later date!!! Hahah!
This lets me:
- Have more time to do some last-minute practice
- Thicken my skin
- Lament over the thought of playing with professionals
- Make believe that I will get to sit beside Jessica and to share a file with her
- Wipe my violin and clean out my case
- Battle out with Lorraine on the subject of who's got the worst of luck: she with the solo or me with the profs
- Have my nails cut
- Find a suitable file in a nice colour...
- Think over my decision to join the orchestra
- Breathe a little easier
Sure, the money's good. That's my (perhaps) only motivation to go on with it.
